Editorial Standards

We begin with the workbook bytes and formulas, then check its manifest, pilot-row scope, source grounding, and plain-English explanation. Claims must stay within the specific inputs, calculations, outputs, and functional boundary documented for that workbook.

Workbook checks

Publication requires usable structure, guarded division and lookup logic, no broken external links, recalculation review in LibreOffice, four previews made from the final repaired XLSX, and a matching file hash. Sample records are labeled as examples rather than project history.

Review boundaries

Editorial preparation and formula QA do not satisfy a specialist gate. Accounting, estimating, labor, legal, safety, commissioning, or other qualified review is required where the pilot row says so.
